APPLICATION
The edible varnish spray is an edible lacquer that gives shine to chocolate, sugar paste, marzipan, nougatine, etc.
It also helps protect against moisture.
This spray allows you to coat all kinds of decorations (sugar flowers, for example) and chocolate with a thin layer.
