When using hand sanding machines, the useit® Superfinishing Pad offers up to 6x higher sanding performance for finish sanding compared to conventional abrasives.

A special structure and the special production technology of the useit® Superfinishing Pad offer a worldwide unique processing of the most diverse materials.
Mineral materials such as Corian®, Varicor®, Wilsonart® as well as GRP, paints, lacquers, acrylic glass or high-gloss lacquered surfaces are specifically processed with a
minimum of time and abrasives.

Superfinishing Pad SG2 - for lasting shiny moments:
The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG2 differs from the SG, which has a fine sanding net, in that the abrasive grit backing consists of a closed fabric.
This makes the useit® Superfinishing Pad SG2, due to its more stable surface, more suitable for filler finishing, for removing paint runs, for removing dust inclusions, for finishing and smoothing orange peel, for the Smart Repair process, for levelling out transitions, for vehicle preparation and for sanding stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
Superfinishing Pad SG3 - for the perfect finish:
The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG3 offers enormous savings potential when processing high-gloss paints, GRP surfaces, metals and mineral materials compared to conventional polishing methods such as felt and paste, resulting in a considerable reduction in working time and costs.
The abrasive grains applied to a fabric with a special coating method self-align during sanding due to the thick foam backing.
This leads to an even sanding result and a perfect surface.
Sanding through beads and edges is prevented, the pad adapts excellently to curves and curved surfaces. Like the useit® Superfinishing Pad SG and SG2, the useit®
Superfinishing Pad SG3 is of course also suitable for wet and dry sanding.
