Ultra is a strong alkaline, chlorine-containing intensive cleaner for use in commercial dishwashers that removes even the heaviest soiling such as dried-on food residues and protein residues.

Application:
Can be dosed manually or automatically into the machine.
Depending on soiling and water hardness, 1-4 g per litre of rinsing liquor should be dosed.
